We, the BASE Collective(s), are a group of individuals striving to improve unity and positive growth within our surrounding communities. We strongly OPPOSE:
-Capitalism
-Imperialism
-Authoritarianism
-State Nationalism
-American Chauvinism
-Racism
-Patriarchy
-Homophobia
...and any other form of oppression that has been crafted to humiliate, degrade, and divide humanity. These oppressive distinctions and demarcations hinder unity and freedom by separating us from one another.
The BASE Collectives PROMOTE the values of:
-Autonomy
-Peace
-Freedom
-Respect
-and Creativity
...in order to bring together and maintain an understanding of one another. We seek to work with other groups and our communities to engage in the struggle to regain human dignity and to resist the malefactors plaguing our society.
As an autonomous collective, we seek to:
Function as a nonhierarchical, decentralized, horizontally organized, consensus based group.
Connect together with all people in our communities to build solidarity with the area.
Educate the public about the benefits of an autonomous and anti-oppressive society.
Unite individuals and communities separated by the borders that our oppressors have created.
Exchange knowledge and resources amongst each other and within our communities to encourage independence and cooperation between one another.
Fight against any and all forms of oppression and control.
With these missions, we look forward to freeing our society from oppression, degradation, exploitation, and injustice.
