Adele Cosgrove-Bray is a Dark Fantasy author from the Wirral peninsula in Cheshire, England.
Tamsin is the first in a series of Dark Fantasy novels by Adele Cosgrove-Bray. The second is called Rowan, and the third will be Bethany Rose.
Three of the characters who feature in Rowan already appear in print - Jason, in The Club from Dark of the Night: An Anthology of Shadows (Dark Moon Press, 2006); and Rowan and Lydia, who appear in Seagull Inn from Ruins Terra" (Hadley Rille Books, 2007).
2008 will see the publication of two more of Adele's short stories in anthologies from Hadley Rille Books. With Old World Magic in Ruins Metropolis, a trip to her local New Age shop brings Tracy into conflict with the notorious Caldy Fae. Project in Barren Worlds combines Sumerian foklore with contemporary Sci-Fi.
Quiet Lives (Amazon Shorts, 2008) offers four of Adele's stories. All is not as it first seems in these strange, quirky tales.
A Wirral Otherkin Trilogy was published by Amazon Shorts in 2007, and offers three of Adele's short stories. Meet the Caldy Fae and the selkies of the Dee Estuary.
Adele was elected Chair of Riverside Writers in 2003, a post she still holds. She began writing poetry when aged fourteen, and has worked as an editor and as a freelance columnist for New Age magazines.
Folklore, Druidry, metaphysics and the local history of Wirral and Liverpool combine to create Adele Cosgrove-Bray's unusual Dark Fantasy novels and short stories.
