About Me

So our adventure started with a book. You may have heard of it before... Rich Dad Poor Dad. I don't think we knew how our lives really would change after reading it.
Rich Dad Poor Dad was a certainly a turning point in our lives. Recently married and debt free, we realized that wealth was not out of our reach. Our first step was to leverage our home so that we could buy our first investment property. By our second anniversary we had built a small portfolio of rental properties, well on our way to reaching millionaire status.
Six years later... We have both been able to transition from W-2 employees to passionate business owners doing what we love constantly pushing ourselves to continually evolve.
We believe wealth is possible for every one. You just need to learn the steps of financial freedom and make a choice to walk in them.
How we were able to leave our W2 jobs
As our friends were refinancing their homes to buy new cars and expensive trips we chose to buy more real estate. It was after several transactions where we were treated poorly from commission driven loan officers did we find a path out of our W-2 jobs.
We had seen it all! From big surprises at the closing table where we did not have a choice but to sign the loan papers or loose our great deal, to loan officers who would try and convince us that the line of bull they were giving us was the truth. It was then did we realize that we had found ticket out of the rat race.
We absolutely understand the fears people have when shopping for a mortgage.
Some of these fears may be being lied or tricked into a mortgage that they do not want and cannot afford, slapped with outrageous fees or given a higher interest rate then promised. These fears are no doubt spurned on by the incredible amount of horror stories you may have heard, or may have even experienced yourself, which has left you wary of all mortgage professionals.
Why we are different than other loan officers
Our passion is to assist our clients to build their financial future. Most people wonder what we are talking about when we meet them for the first time. They ask us "Aren't you just another mortgage broker?". Absolutely not! Yes we do assist our clients to find the right loan program at the best possible rate. But we take it a step further and dig into our Client's wealth plan to locate ways for them to achieve financial freedom sooner than later.
