Edward Gardner:
Determination, hard work, and business acumen have helped Edward Gardner succeed repeatedly as a real estate agent and investor. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and his MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. After completing several real estate investment courses, Gardner joined forces with his sister, Yvonne, and launched HLB Investment Group. Today, HLB Investment Group makes property ownership a dream come true for their clients. He wears many hats as he walks each client through the purchasing process from start to finish. “I am a realtor, an investor, a consultant, a negotiator, a project manager and a friend,” he states, “I create solutions. I can solve any problem when it comes to real estate or I can find someone who can.” Gardner’s journey is a testament to the success that can be achieved through planning, hard work, and persistence. His favorite quote by William Bernbach "Those who are going to be in business tomorrow are those who understand that the future, as always, belongs to the brave." inspires him as he works diligently to take HLB Investment Group to the next level.

Yvonne Gardner:
For Yvonne Gardner, the real estate industry was a no-brainer, once she recognized the wealth-building potential it offered. She began her real estate journey in 1993 with the purchase of 1.4 acres of land in Florida. Watching her first purchase appreciate from $10.5K to more than $200K reinforced her belief that real estate is the vehicle that would allow her to achieve the most wealth. Ms. Gardner began reading books on real estate and studying market trends. As a partner in HLB Investment Group, she applies the experience and knowledge she’s gained to help her clients achieve the same real estate success. Ms. Gardner aspires to be a leader in the real estate industry and is well on her way. She is currently pursuing an accounting degree to help achieve her goals. What’s next for Ms. Gardner? “I hope to become a hard money lender, to train young investors and give back to society,” she says. If her past success is any indication, Ms. Gardner will have no problem reaching her goals. Her recipe for success: “One cup of hard work and 2 cups of determination, seasoned with passion.”
