I try and keep the cool people I find in my adventures in my list of friends. I never really know where I will end up next.
I have worked in the Music Industry for almost 15 years now. I recently moved back home to Texas after a 6 year stint in NYC and a year and a half in Vegas... Working in The club scene can be interesting... All and all at the end of a great night when the dance floor was full and the DJ poured sweat all over the technics.. and everyone is cheering it makes it all worth it. :)
I have very strong principals; when the chips hit the floor, they remain in-tact. When I believe in something or find injustice in the world, I don't just complain about it, I take action. I write to Congress and the Senate, I attend rallies. I support my beliefs through action.
I am no-where near perfect and I don't expect my friends to be. Handle yourself with grace and dignity, and a little class.. And we will get along just fine. I could really give a fuck about what someone does for a living, ie: how much money you make. I do care that you work. Hopefully, it is doing something that you love.
I have lived and spent great,lengths of time in many places. Now I am living back in my hometown of Houston. It is always my goal to Inject cultural things I have seen back into the new places I land. I work with musicians and we are always looking for singers, saprano is sweet, but anything creative is always enjoyed.
