Traveling, hanging out with friends, laughing, crying, playing with my nephews, sunrises, singing along, driving, music, to learn new things, kissing, exploring, scuba diving, meeting new people, yoga, running, eating dry cereal out of the box, self discovery, the sand and surf, dancing my ass off, my dog, my family, and practical jokes. I have no sense of style and a huge sense of self, and I firmly believe life's too damn short to not be living it!
Anyone who can teach me something new, make me laugh, or handle my banter.
Yep. My taste is pretty eclectic...I know everyone says that but whatever... my dad was almost a classical violinist and I grew up listening to classical. My mother sings barbershop and has for as long as I've been around, so I also grew up listing to oldies. My first concert was Motley Crue, Theater of Pain. I like electronica, country, rap, new age, metal, you name it. I've run the gamut on music and I'm hard pressed to find a genre I don't like, just depends on the day I guess. Music is the thread that holds life together...
Old School, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Shawshank Redemption, Shag, O'Brother Where Art Thou, Forest Gump, Requiem for a Dream, and anything else that will move me to tears or make me wet my pants from laughing (not that preschool accident kind of wet though, just a little spot...)
Hmmm, okay I like the trashy stuff I'll admit it. Grey's Anatomy, House, Forensic Files, Cold Case Files, The First 48, Girls Next Door, and Rock of Love!
A Long Way Gone, The Precious Present, Cane River, Running with Scissors, Where the Wild Things Are, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, Jimmy Buffet's bio - A Pirate Looks at Fifty, Battle Royale.
Those who make a difference: teachers, parents, soldiers, politicians (...only kidding, just seeing if you were paying attention!)
