Dripping in succulent tribal funk, K-Swing & Beber's, This is the Sound, out on Marine Parade Records, infuses deep breaks with a luscious, modern twist. Brilliantly produced, this sexy concoction of monstrous beats and dark, full-bodied sweetness has become an Annie Nightingale favorite, and "one of the top 5 hottest tracks in the world," according to Pete Tong. The original mix melds together the feel of a late-90's Massive with insane swirls of atmospheric juice and saucy bass. The result is a perfect peak track with huge crossover appeal. The Adam Freeland remix translates the original into a sexier, downright dirtier rendition. Definitely for the sassier headz in the house, the remix emphasizes a minimalist techno template, phatter basslines and freakier breaks. Both versions are proper genius; saturated with divine textures, and sure to take ya to the next level.
