We, as women, have the right to feel safe and secure, to walk with our heads held high without fear or shame. We have the right to be seen not as the weaker, vulnerable sex, but as powerful people deserving respect.
How can I call us powerful when we are, in fact, physically weaker than a man?
Because in KNOWLEDGE there IS power.
I have a program that I'd like to share with every woman in the world .. a program that will replace fear with knowledge, weakness with strength.
This program was taught to me by Dr. James Hall and I have to say .. while I have 24 years of Martial Art training and hold a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do .. I've never felt as confident as I do now that I know R. P. 101.
In learning this program, we gain the most valuable knowledge of all .. self awareness. We learn to be aware of our surroundings. We learn to be watchful, in advance, for a possible bad situation and to avoid it.
Understand this is not to be confused with being so overly cautious that you stay afraid, changing your life and daily routine to be safe at all times. Instead, the program provides the knowledge necessary in order to remain safe in all situations.
There are, of course, situations that arise unexpectedly .. so this program teaches a tactical self defense that enables a quick response. This self defense is intended to be used in close proximity with an attacker .. and is so powerful that even a child could inflict pain on a grown man.
Those who have been abused in the past can find security in knowing they can prevent another attack or confidently defend themselves if necessary. We can stop being afraid to live!
We deserve to feel strong. We deserve to be safe. We are not vulnerable or passive. And now, thanks to R. P. 101, we are undoubtedly no longer the weaker sex.
