About Me

Hello all, Jaylan here. I'm sure most of you are aware of some of the disgusting things that are happening to animals, both in the UK and worldwide. I have set up this profile purely as a way of contact with other animal rights and environmental activists, as my aim is to gather a big enough following to be able to organise campaigns against such cruelties. Therefore, please only add me as a friend or accept my friend request if you have some contribution to make and are prepared to help make a difference. Even the tiniest fraction of your time can help make a difference, so please do your part to help save the animals. Our animals are exposed to cruelty for their fur, for testing chemicals and products for humans, and for entertainment, none of which can be justified! In case you are unaware of the sort of animal cruelty that is going on or that we will be campaigning against, please take a look at the videos below. They are very disturbing, and we will need all the help we can get to make a difference.

My Interests

Helping to alleviate the suffering of animals. Stopping the cruelty that animals experience for their fur, wool and leather. Minimising in vivo (animal-based) testing and replacing it with in vitro (non-animal) testing. Stopping the use of animals in cruel entertainment (eg.bullfighting, cockfighting, rodeos and circus entertainment). Those of you that don't realise just how cruel the fur industry is should watch the video below.

I'd like to meet:

People that are prepared to join campaigns. It may be that you are prepared to join protests, or even just that you sign a petition now and again. If you are prepared to help fundraise or you have some ideas for fundraising then I would also like to hear from you, as it is important that we do everything we can to help the animals of our society. All campaigns and protests wil be peaceful, as aggression reflects badly on us and helps noone. This is about compromise and negotiation, not making demands or abusing the targets. All we aim to do is change their views and their practises. In addition, if there are any artists or entertainers of any kind that would like to volunteer their talent for campaigns and fundraising then I would love to hear from you, as the sad fact is that often people do not recognise certain goings on as cruel until they are are given some motivation or incentive of some kind. If you are also prepared to take part in certain boycotts then please let me know, as these have proved to be very effective in the past. If you are still unsure then you can take a look at some of the videos and past victories at www.peta.org , or at some of the videos that appear on this profile.
