Maybe thoughts of a puppy or a beautiful forest in the afternoon sunlight, or someone you love very much. A prayer for help may sound something like this: Dear God, I ask for the presence of your ministering angels of light, to be with me at this time. I ask for healing and balancing, and for the transmutation of any negativity that is not for my highest good. I ask for assistance in accepting and receiving this divine extension of your love. I give thanks for the goodness and joy at the essence of all creation. Past all pain and suffering, beyond all illusion and shadows. I give thanks.
