The first formation of 12gauge started several years ago in Utrecht, a central town in the Netherlands. The formation within the band changed from time till time but, eventually, the last formation was formed in the late summer of 2006. From that moment the band became serious in creating an own sound and constructing songs where our hearts lay within.
Still in this moment, we always try to write better songs and improve the old ones as any band would do when they grow in time. Songs become more solid, riffs got better and the playlist longer. With this in mind we recorded a short demo with five of our songs. This happened in 2007 and now, as I write, the last work for this demo will finish in days.
Hopefully we will be able to play several times live with the help of this demo. If all works out fine and new songs will be written in time, we hope to record our (complete) first album in the end of 2007. We'll keep you informed! So stay checking this place!
