Daniel Quinn's message
"I heartily endorse the goals of Culture Change. Unless our
culture changes (and very dramatically), our kind faces a very brief future on
this planet (and will take down millions of other species with us). But
culture change is itself a result—of mind change. When minds change,
cultures change automatically. When minds don't change, however,
we're limited to passing ever harsher, ever more exacting new laws for people
with old minds to break. Changing minds is something we can all
collaborate on as we go about our daily lives, whether we're executives or
flunkies, teachers or students, judges or prison inmates, rock stars or bus
drivers, world leaders or homeless wanderers—and every mind counts (because
you never know what that mind will get up to!)."

Nearly two years after having gone amiss in Africa, renowned anthropologist Dr. Ethan Powell (Anthony Hopkins) is caught committing a crime and subsequently imprisoned in a Florida mental institution, where aspiring psychologist Dr. Theo Calder (Cuba Gooding Jr.) takes over his important case. Dr. Powell, who has been with a group of gorillas during all that time, is not talking at all and seems to be living in a dreamworld.
Very slowly, Dr. Calder manages to reach Ethan Powell and starts finding out why Ethan killed two of the poachers. Yet Theo's case is not just about why the murders have happened, but also about how Dr. Powell became the being he is in the first place. With Ethan's silence broken, Theo is introduced into a world beyond common human comprehension: The true nature of being. He learns the true history of humans, without lies or fiction. How our modern civilazation "the takers" have taken on a path for the last ten thousand years which will ultimetly lead to self destruction. Meanwhile the tribal people who have lived succefully as hunters and gatherers for millions of years and still do have a natural balance with the planet and their enviroment and live in perfect harmony. He learns that mankind's control of everything is a mere illusion and that the true values of existence can't be found so easily. Ethan changes Theo's view of things forever.
Please watch this movie if you get a chance, i know sitting in front of a tv for a couple hours is much easier than picking up a book. Rent it, buy it (it's cheap enough) and once you've seen it share it with others. If you really like it's message or feel curious about our true human history pick up a copy of Ishamel and read it. This movie is based on the ideas of Danniel Quinn and Ishamel. Ideas which will save our planet for us, our children and our children's children. If not for your self at least do it for them!
Sathya Sai Baba
Sathya Sai Baba is a highly revered spiritual leader and world teacher, whose life and message are inspiring millions of people throughout the world to turn towards God and to lead more purposeful and moral lives.
However, he does not seek to start a new religion. Nor does he wish to direct followers to any particular religion. Rather, he urges us to continue to follow the religion of our choice.
Sathya Sai Baba's mission is to bring about the spiritual regeneration of humanity by demonstrating and teaching the highest principles of truth, righteous conduct, peace, and divine love.
Sathya Sai Baba encourages us to recognize who we are: "We are not these minds. We are not these bodies. We are the eternal spirit that temporarily occupies these minds and bodies. We can appreciate and become who we really are by turning inward with faith in God and an intense yearning to know Him. Our conscience is a reflection of the eternal spirit."
Sathya Sai Baba tells us that our conscience is our master: "When we follow our conscience, our thoughts, words, and deeds will be noble and consistent. Spirituality is having the courage and determination to follow our conscience in all things and at all times. In doing so, we recognize that we are all united in God. We are bound together by divine love."

Alex Grey
Alex Grey's paintings, with their tantric symbolism, and medical-illustration finess, might be described as psychedelic realism, a kind of clinical aproach to cosmic consciousness. In it the human figure is rendered with X-ray or cat-scan like transparency, the way Audous Huxley saw a leaf when he was on mescaline...

WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW?! "
is a new type of film. It is part documentary, part story, and part elaborate and inspiring visual effects and animations. The protagonist, Amanda, played by Marlee Matlin, finds herself in a fantastic Alice in Wonderland experience when her daily, uninspired life literally begins to unravel, revealing the uncertain world of the quantum field
hidden behind what we consider to be our normal, waking reality."
"The fourteen top scientists and mystics interviewed in documentary style serve as a modern day Greek Chorus. In an artful filmic dance, their ideas are woven together as a tapestry of truth. The thoughts and words of one member of the chorus blend into those of the next, adding further emphasis to the film’s underlying concept of the interconnectedness of all things." "Although rejected by every major film festival (Sundance, Berlin, Toronto, Cannes, etc...), What the BLEEP did get entered in five smaller festivals, and won in every one . This, along with the grass roots, word-of-mouth campaign, kept the film in theatres for weeks and months on end. After five months of surprising box office numbers, the film attracted the attention of Samuel Goldwyn Films , and the producers entered into a distribution deal. The word-of-mouth buzz continued and the film showed real staying power ( it played in one theatre in Phoenix for 40+ consecutive weeks )."

The Sleeping Prophet
Edgar Cayce
For forty-three years of his adult life, Edgar Cayce demonstrated the uncanny ability to put himself into some kind of self-induced sleep state by lying down on a couch, closing his eyes, and folding his hands over his stomach. This state of relaxation and meditation enabled him to place his mind in contact with all time and space. From this state he could respond to questions as diverse as "What are the secrets of the universe?" to "How can I remove a wart?" His responses to these questions came to be called "readings" and contain insights so valuable that even to this day individuals have found practical help for everything from maintaining a well-balanced diet and improving human relationships to overcoming life-threatening illnesses and experiencing a closer walk with God.
Although Cayce died more than sixty years ago, the timeliness of the material in the readings is evidenced by approximately one dozen biographies and more than 300 titles that discuss various aspects of this man's life and work. These books contain a corpus of information so valuable that even Edgar Cayce himself might have hesitated to predict their impact on the contemporary world. Sixty years ago who could have known that terms such as "meditation," " Akashic records " , " spiritual growth " " auras ", " soul mates ", and " holism "would have become household words to millions? Further details of Cayce's life and work are explored in the classic book There is a River (1942) by Thomas Sugrue.
Dr.
Stanley Monteith
For over a decade, prior to his retirement, Dr. Monteith led a delegation of physicians from Santa Cruz County to the House of Delegates of the California Medical Association. For 10 years he led the battle within organized medicine in California to address the AIDS epidemic as a medical issue rather than a civil rights issue. As a result of his experiences trying to implement an effective medical approach to the HIV epidemic, he wrote the book, "AIDS: The Unnecessary Epidemic" , the widely circulated pamphlet, "To Deceive a Nation", and more recently, "A Nation Deceived and Betrayed."
Supported by physicians across our nation, his public health approach to the HIV epidemic was eventually accepted by the California Medical Association.
Unfortunately, powerful forces continue to oppose the dictates of doctors. Dr Monteith currently spends five hours daily on talk radio in California. He writes extensively, and lectures on geopolitics. He has spent 30 years researching the causes for America's spiritual and moral decline.

The Water Wizard
Viktor Schauberger
Viktor Schauberger could be called the father of implosion technology . The implosion principle is, of course, diametrically opposite to what today'sexplosion oriented technology utilizes. Implosion has to do with a self sustaining vortex flow of any liquid or gaseous medium, which has a concentrating, ordering effect and which decreases the temperature of the medium, in opposition to the dictates of "modern" thermodynamics.
Viktor Schauberger constructed water sluices, which, with controlled water temperature and vortex flow, were able to transport logs of a higher specific weight than would normally allow their transport on water. He proposed a more effective means of utilizing hydroelectric power by his jet turbine (see my article Water Power ). In the second world war he was forced to develop his concepts of vortex dynamics at the service of Hitler's military goons, and, is said to have produced working prototypes of levitating disks using these principles.
At the end of the war, the remains of his work fell partly into Russian, and American, military hands. After the war, Schauberger worked on a concept of water-based power generation, through vortex action, in a closed cycle engine. In 1958 he was brought to the USA, by promises of a possibility he would get his technology further developed and applied. Afterwards, he was thoroughly debriefed, his writings and prototypes were kept, and, he apparently had to sign a legal document and 'promise' not to promote his technology further - all so that he would simply be able to return home to Austria. Five days after his return to Austria - on 25 September 1958 - he died. A book that details some of the life story of Schauberger was written by Olof Alexandersson. The title is "Living Water" .
