People people and more people!
I share many interests with many people but hugs are a bonus.Among my many hobbies IE; cooking, scubadiving,music and seeing new places, I seem to developed an attraction from Angels and anything to do with them, although I am not into any particular religion but specifically sprirituality and matters of the heart. I have through trial and error begun to create fiber optic and non fiber optic Angel figurenes of which I use to inspire hope in people that truly need..

I have had the honor of being blessed with a brother who had a brain tumor and is now in a Group Home for adults who are A Ward Of The State.
Many of these people are trapped in the prison of their bodies living a life with no one. He and my other friends have taught me so very much about real life. To see loving true souls who are basically the throw away society due to being middle aged has been amazing to me. They are so filled with love and just need a hug and an ear to listen with patience. These people are genuine.Starting with Christmas parties they asked for warm gloves, stamps and simple things we take for granted. One man wanted a pair of "footie pajamas" for three years. We found them. He spent Christmas with our family (hadn't seen his biological family in years) and due to an unfortunate situation passed away. These people have absolutely no control over their lives because they "didn't fit the mold". Where else can you find such gratitude for a trinket? Whatever you put in, you receive you receive tenfold in return! Truly wonderful REAL friends!
My vision is to someday have a camp to afford the opportunity for all to meet others in their shoes, form bonds and continue to be there for each other as support and affirmation. It is time to move this dream to reality phase.

It's going to happen! I can no longer be luke warm on the subject. It's time to help them feel accepted. They didn't ask for this. Quite possibly the biggest hurdle is education. Any of these folks could have easily been our parent, child or ourselves. The elves are hard at work as we speak to prepare for the holiday season.
Our focus must be not just on Christmas or Birthdays, (which has been a great starting point) but the basic need on "just because" days as well. Wish us luck to bring a little sunshine into their beautiful eyes!
THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS TO LOOK DEEPLY ENOUGH TO SEE THEIR BEAUTY!

Mila is a little girl who was diagnosed with Terminal Brain Cancer on September 6th of 2006. She is only 2 and a half years old and she is a precious little girl.Her mother Andi needs your love and support right now. Recently the group has produced a song entitled "The little red book" which is a hauntingly beautiful and heartfelt plea to China and the world to free Tibet.
