You Are a Daisy
You see the world with an artist's eye.
Finding beauty is easy for you - even in the dullest of moments.
You notice all of the colors of the world, from fresh grass to sunsets.
You are a total optimist and hedonist. You love to drink life in.
What Flower Are You?This explains me so well. I love all life has to offer and enjoy learning new things and advancing/maintaining what I am good at.I love water. My favorite place to be is the beach where I can watch the ocean waves ebb and flow, listen to the seagulls cry and admire the pelicans soaring, be mesmerized to the sounds of the waves crashing, smelling the fresh, salty air, feeling the sand under my feet, just taking it all in and completely relaxing and being me. I feel happiest and most myself when I am on the beach. Someday, I want to move near an ocean so I can visit it anytime I want to.Relaxing things I love: scented candles (especially vanilla), the sound of rain, watching a thunderstorm, getting caught in the rain, bird watching, listening to the wind blowing through the trees, long bubblebaths while listening to soothing beautiful music, practicing Reiki, T'ai chi, yoga and mudras, going for nature walks (I am lucky to live near a golf course and can walk it on the off times and it is so beautiful and calming.)
I love working out especially kickboxing with T'ai chi in between for balance, playing the violin (though I am in desperate need of sheet music. I want the music for Secret Garden songs from White Stones and the soundtrack to Pride and Prejudice (the more recent movie with Knightly and Macfayden) especially track 8 "A Postcard to ?". Someday soon I want to take a karate class and work my way up to black belt. I know I'd do well because I am disciplined and have good balance and strength.
We all experience immense joys and intense heartaches, and everything in between. I enjoy people that look at life optimistically as a journey full of opportunities for growth during the trying times and those that embrace and cherish the good times. People that are passionate and make the most of what they have in the here and now-- being grounded in reality but dreaming big and making plans on how to achieve those dreams impresses me. There's no such thing as a bad day, only a bad moment, and it can be forgotten, or better yet, reflected on and learned from. To live life one day at a time, to make the most of each day, and be thankful for it, and to help and encourage others along my path is something I strive for.People with similar thoughts and insights that love life and are open and enjoy sharing their feelings/experiences are the people I most enjoy meeting and being friends with. Bottom line: just be open, genuine and talk to me about your true feelings and you have a friend in me!

First off, and most importantly, my Lord and Saviour, my Rock, my Protector and Friend, Jesus Christ, who loves me unconditionally and eternally. He sacrificed His life for me, a sinner, so that I and everyone willing, might have the opportunity to join Him in eternal life in Heaven. I accepted His gift of forgiveness and He has set me free! I will praise Him forever. In Him, I soar! My dad because he only becomes a wiser, kinder man and dearer friend as time passes and has always and continues to sacrifice himself for his family's best interests. He has been a wonderful example to me of God working in his life. When I was 10, I asked him to autograph my autograph book and he wrote something that, since that day, has daily been in my thoughts and my outlook: "Live your life so that you'll have no regrets and try to accomplish that which will be best for everyone." His intelligence, compassion, patience, generousity and kindness I will never forget and eternally admire. My mom, who is the only person on this earth that can make me laugh so hard I cry, no matter what I am going through. She has always believed in me and let me be Me and make my own choices and my own mistakes. She let me be Free and I love her and respect her for that always. Joyce Meyer for her God-filled wisdom, faith, sense of humor and love for the Lord. May God bless her ministry even beyond her wildest prayers and she prays Big! She has helped me become a stronger Christian than ever before through her Christian tv programs and books. Stevie Ray Vaughan for his passionate, soulful, masterful guitar playing from his heart. His spirit and music live on! Steve Vai for his fun, zany, passionate attitude and Loreena McKennitt for her insightful and gentle soul which both leads to their inspiring, gorgeous, soul-stirring music I wouldn't want to live without.
