Russo's Books Space For Me!

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Russo's Books is Bakersfield, CA's ONLY independent bookstore. In spite of having both the mighty giants of Barnes & Noble and Borders in town, we have 3 locations- The Marketplace, Downtown, and East Hills. And what's with the tender age of 18? Well, that's when the first Russo's bookstore, the now defunct Bookmark, opened. There has been a Russo's ever since! Visit this link store info & locations to see our webpage, which includes information on all three stores! We also have a calendar of events! You can email us at [email protected]!
This page is dedicated to our young adult crowd, ages 13 to 18. This is the spot to come gush about your favorite author or character, get the latest gossip on favorite up-and-coming releases, and see what's going on at the store!
ATTENTION AUTHORS! PLEASE CONTACT THE BOOKSTORE DIRECTLY FOR ANY NON-YOUNG ADULT BOOK CONCERNS! THIS PAGE IS MEANT FOR OUR YOUNGER PATRONS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Keep coming back- will be adding more stuff all the time!
