Boris Lermontov: "Why do you want to dance?"
Victoria Page: "Why do you want to live?"
Boris Lermontov: "Well, I don't know exactly but I feel I must."
Victoria Page: "That's my answer too."

HITLER IN PRISON
================================================
I am a daydreamer & nightdancer. I'd rather be reading a book, walking a dog, or immersed in a vintage film than be in any club, anywhere. Gemini, Leo Rising and Leo Moon. Half Swiss and half Welsh. (Actually, I am a lineal descendant of Llewellyn ap Gryffydd, the last Welsh prince, who was slain in 1282 by a vassal of King Edward I - pretentious and not really important, but nevertheless true). I'm super fiery, and if you stand too close you might get burnt, just as a moth does who flies too close to a flame. Mod + Goth + Girl = Mothgirl. Oder 'Mottenmadchen' in Deustch. I love the bright lights and spotlights with a passion but also like to retreat from all of that into the realm of nature and solitude. Animals, old movies, peaceful people, loud music, vintage fashion, stars and moons, cruising in my vintage car fastfastfast thru the hills late at night searching for coyotes, clouds, fog, and rain. I was expelled from two private schools in my teenage daze for misinterpreted creative incidents involving pyrotechnics. It was art! Lighter fluid plus matches equal happiness. My dad was a mad scientist and my mom a newspaper columnist. I grew up sleeping with a riding crop in bed with me.
I'm an only but we had lots of cats. I was the doorgirl for Rodney Bingenheimer's English Disco (90ts version), Coven 13, Peep Show, and Shout (see? goth/mod), as well as one of the most infamous clubs in L A. for which I designed and made all my own costumes and also made Twiggy Ramirez wait outside of the ropes for 15 minutes bc I felt like it - I'm sunshine light and love, with a desire for the darkness. Doorgirl for Abby Travis's Club Mata Hari. click here for flier Gay men sometimes have crushes on me. I wish to be buried to the refrain of "Charlotte Sometimes" by The Cure. I've been on the telly in the UK but I've not been there yet myself. I *love* tarantulas. I'm a sugar cookie with sharp claws, I have a steel plate imbedded in one of my cheekbones with tiny little steel pins, und Ich kann sprechen Deutsch, achtung!

I Want To Live In A Tower By Gaudi

And A House By Frank Lloyd Wright

"I caught that falling star - It cut my hand to pieces" - Echo And The Bunnymen

I'd like to meet:

People who are kinda old fashioned, non sociopathic, exhibit proper manners, and have a clue, other people with bangs, mods, punks, elves, hobbits, wizards, UK and German boys, dancers, dreamers, knights, lovers, artists, muses, firestarters, chimney sweeps, and Ian McCulloch (again, even tho once was oh so nice and he signed a setlist to me using my back as a writing desk). People who inherently understand that libraries don't exist solely as a free place to log onto the internet, but actually contain books, and are enthusiastic about possibly reading one. No psychic vampyres, but the other kind are welcome. ((((*NO* bands just looking to promote themselves unless I know and love you.)))) Someone who can give me a time machine so I may travel backwards to another era and century. If you are just looking to collect random girls for your page, forget it - seriously, no way. Or in plainer English - sod off!! No wankers - my dance card is full, I don't really want to meet anyone. For real! (Maybe, if you are a German or a Swiss scientist, to take me away from all this).

"'Torn between the light and dark', I suppose that's a lot of what I'm on about, seeing things that both attract and at the same time repel." - Ian McCulloch, 1984
