Born and raised in Chicago, IL.My name is Ms. La`Shea Monique, I am sharing one of many gifts, the art of spoken word. I have frequented many spoken word arts cafe's in the Chicago land area. As an artist and a person I have a message or shall I say messages, you see we go through things in life for the exact purpose of being able to help others that will come after us. As much as we'd all like to think that the world revolves around us..truth be told**, wrong answer..I am here for you and you are here for me. Listen as I invite you into a world of imagery through thought and experience. I am sharing myself openly and honestly in the hopes that that your eyes may be opened and hope may engulf your spirit into a life of change, of course for the better through poetry I will be setting it off in your ears!Family...Love...Sex...Relationships...Depression...Drug s...Jails...Prisons...Church and Politics (state) I write openly and honestly... at first it was just to free myself, then I found that I had a testimony...one that would save many lives..The Paradigm is coming soon, I pray that you can handle it.LISTEN as I invite you to Believe...Accept...Dream...and know what it means to be human in a world of trials, tribulations and triumphs. this is but one extension of the many goals in freeing my brothers and sisters held captive by their minds and circumstance.MY goal is to inspire and breathe life into those who have given up on life. " I am The PARADIGM" for those who don't believe in life after near death experiences. " If I can be granted a new way of life after chance after chance....so can you. It's been said; " Jails, Institutions and Death" the other part of that is; " It's not always in that order! " As long as there is life, there is HOPE....
