[email protected] started singing at the age of 8 at the New Testament Baptist Church. Sang her first solo at 9 (The Lords Prayer).
Her professional career began when she was 17, her manager was Terry Thompson, and he took her and 4 other girls in the studio to record an album. She also worked for P. S. Studio, where she was doing leads and backgrounds for various clients. Another talented Womack Family member.

Diane..s 1st tour was with Tyrone Davis from 1975 to 1976, Doing basically down south
In 1985 thru 1990 she toured with Bruce Thompson & Black Roses Over-seas during the winter months.
In 1990 she toured the major venues with The Chi-Lites and Marshall loved her so much he ended up keeping her on as leader of the Background and also doing the lead to one of their songs Love Up Rising until 1999. That..s when she decided to get off the road to finish raising her daughter who was 15 at the time.
Between 1989 and 2001 she sang at Dicks Last Resort Restaurant & Lounge with The Gospel Supremz, she toured with the Chi-lites from July to September, and toured Overseas with the Gospel Supremz from October to January.AWARDS GIVEN
