Strive 2 Suprise will be conducting mix tapes which will be distributed across schools, colleges and youth clubs. The difference with this project is that it will encourage students under the age of 21 who have an artistic craft to feature on the mix tapes alongside established artists. All tracks will be non-explicit and S2S will make a point of refusing to promote any verbal abuse or discrimination in any nature in aim to clear the status of stereotyped music genres.
This project will also consist of music workshops that will encourage ambitious individuals in perfecting their craft before even pursuing a professional career, and will also give them the opportunity to learn from their influences and industry professionals. Students will also have the chance of performing alongside established artists at our under 21 events, and even take part in the event management. It..s important to offer experience within all music aspects without being time consuming whilst studying, and this movement will give the talent a head start into perfecting and showcasing their craft.
Rhythmic Visions Management and PR is an establishment which enforces a professional representation of artist projects and movements. Alongside it..s sister company, Strive 2 Suprise, this venture consists of UK artists Blemish Blackstorm, Danny Ryder aka DBR, DNA, Genesis Elijah, Lyrically Scar..d, Mr Midas aka DD and Rukus and producer, whom all have a compelling craft which demonstrates the definition of artistry.
Artist development is the easy part as our passion grows with age, but it..s the acceptance of our chosen ambition that our artists struggle to find a home in the world of music. The urban music industry is a funny place to be in, one minute it has its highs and the next it has its lows and it..s about time it found a settled status. The UK music industry especially has struggled to mark its territory on the musical map and it..s only been within the last 3 years that the determination of British artists has caused an immense impact to the scene.
Just like any project or movement it will only move forward if you work hard for it, and just because you..re not signed to a major label it doesn..t mean you should neglect the main elements within artist development and musical projects. A problem which has occurred within the music scene is that opportunities in exposing music is very great, but because there..s not enough financial investment within the craft it..s all fallen into a trend and the important elements perfecting projects as well as artistry have been neglected.
Rhythmic Visions has every intension of encouraging structured action plans and create awareness to their artists of how important it is to raise their musical profile. Structured campaigns would be conducted in aim to present projects to the press and media in a professional manor, as well as raising the importance of broadening every promotional avenue across the musical globe.
With all this being just the outline of forthcoming projects, it..s just a short introduction of the UK movement uniting and BEING the movement.
