Alternative grunge e nato circa 5 mesi fa nel novembre del 2006 cosi per gioco in quel periodo frequentavo altri forum di discussione sulla musica che erano monotematici in dedica a una sola band o di un solo artista ...cosi ho conosciuto degli amici ,parlai con loro di questo mio progetto che volevo fare un forum diverso dove si poteva parlare liberamente senza paure creare delle amicizie vere, dimostrando soprattutto a noi stessi che questo mezzo "INTERNET" non è solo una fonte di comunicazione fredda; inoltre ,per quanto concerne la musica ricordare tutto il movimento grunge ed in particolare la citta di Seattle perche è incominciato tutto da li,con una sezione in dedica(tributo) a Layne Staley fino ad allargare gli orizzonti musicali a 360 gradi parlando anche della nostra musica italiana.Inizialmente avevo dei dubbi ma poi con l’aiuto di Filippo (nick filoexp)e chitarrista dei "Twist of Fate" e Piero (nick angry man) anche lui chitarrista della tributo band "Alice in the box" il forum a cominciato a prendere sempre più forma ,Pian piano si è formata una sorte di famiglia e spero che in futuro aumenti, anche perche ci siamo prefissati un obiettivo quello di fare un tributo grunge e non in dedica a layne staley.Perche una sezione del forum dedicata a layne staley ?perche layne è stato per me fonte di ispirazione in questi miei ultimi anni con la sua voce e musica mi è stato vicino nelle mie giornate sia positive che negative una persona che si è sempre contraddistinta perche amava fare musica e trasmetteva con indubbie capacita artistiche la propria storia di vita nelle liriche e testi che scrisse per gli Alice in Chains …Layne è stato un grande forse non sapeva ma ora sa di quante persone lo hanno e lo amano ed è stato crudele aver perso una persona cosi straordinaria. Purtroppo la droga porta via sempre le persone più straordinarie ci ha lasciati soli ma la sua voce la possiamo ancora ascoltare nei suoi lavori …noi abbiamo perso un talento e un uomo.
La rassegna fotografica in basso raffigura tutti gli amici e/o band che hanno fatto si che questo forum prendesse vita voglio ricordare che sono assenti molti amici alcuni di loro hanno preferito non mostrarsi gli altri saranno aggiunti successivamente

Alternative Grunge’s born around five years ago,in November 2006 ,initially just for fun: in that period I was frequenting some other music forums that were dedicated just to a single band or artist,so I met some friends and told them about this project of creating a different kind of forum,where you can talk freely and fearless,where you can find true friends, demonstrating above all to ourselves that internet is not only a cold mean of communication; besides, talking about music,the aim of the forum is to remember the grunge movement and in particular the city of Seattle,because everything started there; there is a section dedicated to Layne Staley and many other topics dedicated to music in Italy.
I was doubtful,but ,helped by Filippo – guitarist in the band Twist of Fate ( nickname Filoexp)- and Piero – guitarist in the tribute band Alice in the Box ( nickname Angryman)- the forum started to take shape more and more ; little by little a kind of family has been born and I hope this family will grow in the future,because our aim is to plan a tribute concert to Layne Staley ,with both grunge and not grunge bands. Why there’s a section dedicated to Layne Staley? Because Layne has been, to me, a source of inspiration in the last years ;with his voice and music he has comforted me in the hard days,in bad and good moments.He’s a man who always stood out because he loved make music and communicated ,with sure artistic skills, his own life in the lyrics he wrote for Alice in Chains. Layne was great,and maybe he didn’t know but now he can see how many people love him and it has been cruel to lose such extraordinary man. Unfortunately, drugs always carries away the most extraordinary people. He left us alone,but we can yet hear his voice in his records. We’ve lost a talented person and a man.The slideshow down below shows all friends and bands that made this forum take life. I want to remember that some of our friends aren’t here,cause they didn’t want to show themselves.The others will be added soon.
