Silver Square Lofts was founded in 1984 as Denver's original artist loft community. Suite 101 is newly renovated as
SQUARE101 Gallery.
It is in the heart of Denver’s River North (RiNo) Art District and
Upper Larimer Neighborhood.

Open to All Artists:
• Exhibit is open to artists of all mediums, including but not limited to painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation art, drawings, photography and mixed media. Bring or send your updated portfolio & bio.
• Meet other artists and photographers in the community
• Accepted pieces show at following month’s exhibit.

Visit the Gallery:
• 15' high ceiling with exposed steel beams, brick, and oak hardwood floors on the main level
• Large industrial windows with custom coverings
• New stainless steel kitchen for food preparation
• (3) 100 sq. ft. wall exhibition spaces
• (1) 300 sq. ft wall exhibition space
• 600 sq. ft. floor exhibition space
• 1500 sq. ft. & 30+ ft. Ceiling Industrial Indoor Atrium (Board Approval Required)
• 1000 sq. ft. Industrial Outdoor Courtyard (Board Approval Required)

September 2007 Cultural Complexity: Understanding the Self This exhibit will focus on the cultural aspects of different groups of people that those individuals believe define them. Viewers should ask themselves what qualities of a person create an understanding of who we are. How much of this understanding arises from our appearance versus our behavior?ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY October 2007
See and be Scene: Thoughts on the Importance of Image This group exhibition will be a commentary on the role of image in society, and can pertain to any group of people worldwide. How important is a gathering place where people go with the purpose of being seen? What purpose does it serve to be seen or see others?November 2007
In the Moment This group exhibition will consist of emotive work that focuses on something specific within a small amount of time. The artwork will draw the viewers’ attention to something worth noting in that particular moment, such as an action, the changing appearance of something, etc.December 2007
A Matter of Perspective: Disorienting the Viewer This exhibition will include artworks that cause the viewer to reconsider his/her perspective. The art will give an uncommon view of something that forces the viewer to contemplate how we as people see. For Submissions Visit:
