C.O.T BOOT BAWZ!!!!!!!

About Me

The Metal we play is Brutal Thrash Metal about WAR!
Circle Of Tyrants started out in Feb 06 with Warmaster Kwondo on vocals, Iain "the riff machine" on rhythm guitar, Austin on lead guitar and ex members of Evidence Of Trauma Chris on bass and Big Al "the viking" on drums. This line up played shows around glasgow and recorded the bands first demo "forward to battle" in april of 2007. Sadly Iain "the riff machine" had to depart from C.O.T. in August of 2007 because of family commitments.
C.O.T. then pushed on as a four piece. Playing our 1st gig outside of scotland, writing new songs and refining the C.O.T. sound. Our long search for new guitarist came to an end in Novemeber of 2007 with Andy "Pick Finger" Katygen steping up as rhythm guitarist and also taking on some leads. Katygen quicky learned the songs and by the start of 2008 Circle Of Tyrants was a 5 piece again sounding heavier and tighter than ever!
2008 has been a good year so far for Circle Of Tyrants with support slots with melodic death metal pioneers Dark Tranquility and thrash LEGENDS Death Angel. A positive Review in Kerrang and our first gig in london! As well as regularly unleashing our thrash assault upon our growing fan base in glasgow. We plan to record new material in the summer of 2008 and continue to cause mosh pit mayhem at every venue we play!
