About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorOnce upon a time four restless young maidens met beneath a magic tree in Princess Park. Finding their common tastes for beautiful and angry music they joined hands to dance and sing beneath the branches. Soon they found that other sounds and songs were on the tips of their lips but just wouldnt come out.
Excitedly the four ran to their bell tower where there are no windows but all manner of instruments and notions and concepts. There they stayed to play and play and play. And play they did. And stay they did for a long time.
When they had finished it was dark and they were ashen-pale but they were happy. Back they went to their magic tree and sung joyously the songs that had been trying to be. Their arms were locked, their voices soared harmoniously towards the heavens and their beautiful pale faces beamed glorious smiles right across the Princess Park.

Sounds Like: "Nice is a word that is used too infrequently in rock journalism and when it is it's usually an insult. Not so with pale faced princess who come across all nice and coy. Their songs start all feathery light floating into your subconscious and lulling you into a sense of well being, peace and security and then they batter you senseless with a cacophony of noise and you love them for it. Like a female Mogwai they carefully hide their iron fist in the most delicate of lace gloves. These princess's combine beautiful harmonies for which the word ethereal was invented with noisy guitars which make your ears bleed. They are not typical of Liverpool bands past or present and for that I love them. One listen and I'm sure you'll love them too" - lovely words from The Devil Has the Best Tuna blog...
