Love is a Mystery

About Me

Love is a mystery. In real life, there are many barriers to relationships and love, and I enjoy using them in fiction and creating new barriers for my characters to break through. Falling in love, staying in love, building trust, running from danger, recovering from a broken heart, miscommunication, or our own emotional wall...just a few of the things that create barriers in relationships. Love always seems to have some type of mystery to weed through in order to get to the good stuff. I love romance and mystery, so I combined them to create a happily-ever-after for anyone who picks up an Emma Sanders' book.

My Interests

Reading, Writing, Dreaming, Music, Movies, Travel, Nature and the Outdoors

"We need men who can dream of things that never were." John F. Kennedy

"Creativity is a drug I cannot live without." Cecil B. DeMille

I'd like to meet:

Sandra Brown, Nora Roberts, Karen Robards, Lisa Gardner, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Stevie Nicks, "Clark Kent", James Hetfield, Johnny Depp, Jessica Biel, Danielle Steele, Diane Lane, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Oprah Winfrey, my writing friends and those I've met online on my journey.

Because of where my birthday falls, I call myself a Capriquarius and exhibit signs of each. Depending on where you look, I'm one or the other.

"Love is, above all else, the gift of oneself." Jean Anouilh

Music:

My taste in music is like my taste in books...broad and depending on my mood. By far, rock is my favorite, and I'll always have a fondness for 80s hairnation and classic rock!

Movies:

I love movies. New movies, old movies. I love to watch movies! But do you really want to know my faves?
..
Though it is fiction, the images of places are those I may never get to see in real life.

Television:

Smallville...before this season.

Books:

I LOOVE books, but I can't get enough of Sandra Brown, who is an inspiration to me. Though I love a lot of different genres, romantic suspense is my favorite...to read and to write.

Heroes:

My husband.

"I believe there's a hero in all of us." Aunt May, Spiderman
