AC Fields & the darkblue horse is a Vancouver-based experimental folk alt-country band that focuses on layers of classical instrumentation with a filmic and expressive sound. A surge of creative energy guides each performance with an epic twist for storytelling through songs that are at once haunting and hopeful in their enjoyable and experimental forms of textural instrumentation. This live act can be enjoyed in folk, rock, and art venues around Vancouver, while always open to further bookings for participation in festivals and smaller tours.
