Sandhya Sanjana - exotic Indian world jazz singer

About Me

Sandhya Sanjana moved to Europe from Bombay, India seven years ago and has not looked back since. Performing with many musicians, she has honed her unique eclectic singing style which blends Indian, jazz, funk, blues and spoken word into her own special magical genre.
Just back from Laayoune, Morocco where the sound of the lapping waves was only equalled by the different combination of music that was made on the stage in the light of the waxing moooooon.
Bombay, India was fantastic. Can't believe how much changes there each day. The city is dirty, polluted and crowded beyond belief but the spirit of the people is so exuberant and vibrant that I am proud to have my roots there, now and forever. Namaste !
NEWS! My voice has been featured on the soundtrack of a game by a dear musician friend Rom di Prisco. http://www.unrealtournament3.com If you go to the right hand side, where it says MOVIES / SCREENS / AUDIO ... and click on Audio, then I am featured on Track 2 and 12.
A dear friend sent me the link to this lovely, lovely video. It brought tears to my eyes to remember this wonderful soul, who blessed my life with her music.
Here's a link to some videos which feature me on You Tube.
