Influences: Born in Arezzo(13/02/69)where I still live.
Knocked out by music in my childhood,began studying violin and guitar and played in a lot of schoolcontests.
Then formed a sort of weird tuscanian-country band with my father who was(and still is)a banjo player.
Then(1989circa),with four of my best friends and my father formed the band TEACH NA GAOTHE,a rustic folk band pogues-wannabe that lately changed its name in CASA DEL VENTO.
1989-1995 casa del vento did a lot of live gigs all around Italy and Switzerland and played in the Arezzo wave festival'92.
At the end of 1995,left casa del vento and joined MODENA CITY RAMBLERS(www.ramblers.it)2000-I played a very short role(let me guess?A violinist?YEAH!)in a Martin Scorsese's"Gangs of New York"and met Leo Di Caprio,Daniel Day Lewis and Cameron(yum!)Diaz.2006 formed REELS ON FIRE and#41 and began to take oud lessons from a guy from Palestine.
I have played as session player and special guest(violin,guitar,oud,mandolin,
banjo)with so many artists,recorded many cd's and played many gigs.

LE BALCANICA,CRIFIU,TOSCA,LA TRESCA,PATRIZIO FARISELLI'S AREA etc etcWhat's more??Mmh...my favourite sports are boxing and girlwatching!!
My favourite food is the"fiorentina"steak!!
I like Pupi Avati's movies,Paris,dogs,nature..
I don't like arrogance,lack of humour,people struggling against paranoia!!

thin lizzy,the pogues,duooud,tinariwen,ali farka toure,ojos de

Ribot and everyone who plays with heart and ballzzzz!!
