I make records in New Zealand. I record, mix, master, produce - whatever the occasion requires. Have made about 60 over a decade. After years of making records with/for other people throughout Aotearoa - anyone from HDU, Die!Die!Die! and Dimmer, to Sola Rosa and Robert Scott (a career highlight - remastering That Toy Love album); the CONRAY album came about in 2003. Would've made another by now, but was slightly distracted by the formidable arrival of my son Tane Elvis. Am currently working on my next record, sorta know where it's heading - it might even have words. Meanwhile, from the Southern-most city in the world, I continue with my microphone fetish, and general obsession with Gear.
