K Ross' 1996 micro-cult classic, That Dirty Clown, has been re-released by Grim Retailers of NYC. Digitally re-mastered, it remains infused with all of the intoxicating bleakness of the original 4-track cassette recording.

"This 14-song concept piece is the Most Wonderfully Creepy and Enthralling Album of 2006! You know K. Ross as Clay Pigeon from WFMU's Dusty Show, and fans of that program will find the same sort of captivating music and unsettling monologues on "That Dirty Clown." It employs analog tape manipulation and other no-fi atmospherics to craft a narrative of disturbing fluidity. Trust me, you've never heard anything like this before."Mike Lupica - WFMU

"My girlfriend and I listened with rapt attention to 'That Dirty Clown'. I'd never heard anything like it. For me, it was akin to what listeners must've felt when listening to Orson Welles' 'War of the Worlds'. The music, the story, everything was wonderful and I want to hear it again and again. Alex M. Los Angeles.

"My wife and I laughed. We wept. We were hooked on every word of The Dirty Clown. Thank you!" Dale H. Mount Hope.
