ABOUT ME:
Hi! My name is Annie and I LOVE to play music and go to shows!!! As a solo artist, I play anything from dark, aggressive-percussive stuff, to more fun, quirky/funky songs... not just your normal singer/songwriter stuff!! I've had some amazing fun touring all over the U.S. and I have met some beautiful people along the way, and hope to see these people again sometime. I will probably be out on the road again from time to time, so please check back often & look at my performance schedule. I recently moved back to my hometown of Milwaukee, WI... I fell in love this past January with my man from Milwaukee, Mike!!!!
My most recent band from L.A., Shut Up Marie... You could say the band is on an indefinite hiatus. The band has been described as punk-metal. (www.myspace.com/shutupmarie will take you there, if you want to check out the whole band.) We sometimes play a show out there in L.A. when I am in town!
Also in L.A., I hosted a TV Show called "Live on Sunset", produced by the Go Music Network... A showcase of the best bands who are playing down here in L.A. Also, a radio show called "Annie B. & The Crazy Pig" which was a blast!
Check out a YouTube of my performace at The Wild Horse in Green River, WY this April - recorded by Tommy Z. at KUGR! Thanks, Tommy!!!!!!
