Hi thanks for stopping by My Space! I hope you enjoy my songs. I’m here with my writing hat on! I actually started off as a singer and I played piano since the age of seven. I fell into writing quite by chance. I really like doing it. I haven't gotten any cuts yet, but I did have some near misses with Trace Adkins and Kenny Rogers.I have a music degree from George Mason University in vocal performance and a minor in piano. I grew up performing as a singer in musicals. I had the pleasure of singing with Jerome Hines in a Christian Opera he wrote called I Am the Way. We were the first Americans in history to sing on the Bolshoi stage in Moscow! I don’t have a long credit list of laurels so don't mind me bragging about that! I have a classical and a pop voice. So how the heck did I get into Country? My Mom used to listen to George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn, and all those great singers when I lived in Massachusetts. Yes, she was the only person up North who listened to Country music 24/7 in those days. Now it’s everywhere. My brothers are even addicted!!! My mother and father were both musical and I grew up listening to everything from Country to Pop, to Jazz and Rock.Someday I hope to hear my songs on the radio!
