I have been around Nashville since I worked as a keyboardist/vocalist for Ronnie McDowell. Through the years, I have had several songs released to radio and some hit the charts. Although I did see quite a bit of chart action in those years, I never had that monster hit that everyone works for. I did get to know a lot of industry people and they said I should be in Nashville.
Since then I have become a member of CMA, BMI, NATD, a voting member of The Recording Academy ( the grammies), CCMA, and of course AAA ( without them I would feel unsafe driving) yes I do have a sense of humor and sometimes it is a bit off the wall.
Since coming off the road and relocating to Nashville permanently, I have been a fixture in the production community working around many major stars. With that experience I started my own production company to help independents get the exposure needed to have a career in music. It has developed into a full line record label, Plateau Music. I use all learned now on how to approach the business with anyone that I work with in development. I have had several productions that have made the charts. This past year 2 in the top 35 with one of those going to 21. I go after the charts that actually make a difference for a singer to give them national exposure as well in Nashville and markets that can help sell product and get performance opportunities.
I have gained a reputation of honesty and hard work thus giving me opportunities to work with many singers.Some just starting in the business to ones that have performed on various stages across the country from local shows to American Idol.

In my spare time I am working on a project for the pleasure of just doing some fun music Working with all the A players and many of them close personal friends I decided to do something just for fun. There will be players and voices on this project that will be recognized for the hits they have had. This is a project of collaboration of a lifetime of friends and doing what music was meant to be. Enjoyable and just about the music. No politics, no worrying about charts and no worrying about anything other than working with people that truly do music for the right reason, that is to play from the heart and give from the heart for a project that has no aspirations other than to give people something to listen to that was fun to do. I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as I did creating it, as it is not for anything other than to reflect on good times, heartaches and whatever the songs tell for a story.
