Starà lfur borned in 2002, when Marcello used to play guitar in the subway stations of Roma with his friend Lorenzo (who left band after four years to dedicate himself in painting). After have been played with some drummers and the joining of the bass player Diego, at the beginning of 2005 joined the band Luigi on drums (our actual and definitive drummer).
The sound of the band had many influences: from blues to funky to hard and melodic rock. We gigged few times in small places and on December 2005 we played in a festival at Parco della Musica, one of Roma's biggest and nicest venue.
On the first month of 2006 we recorded a demo, but few weeks later Lorenzo and Diego left us
We started working again on april, when our exceptional violin/keys player, Sara, joined the band. Two months later, band was again complete with bassist Matteo.
Our current compositions are signed by Marcello and their sound across instrumental melodic rock, blues, fusion, and they are inspired by every kind of music or noise coming from this crazy world.
