We are all freak magnets.

About Me

I live and write in New England.I have been a waitress, a bartender, a nanny, a chambermaid, a clerk, a high school English teacher, a secretary, a ghost writer, and a traveling worker with the Cirque du Soleil.

I have worked in a couple of pioneering hi-tech companies, toiled as an underpaid non-profit worker, and done my time in newspaper marketing and record store promotions.

My writing credits include: The Kenyon Review , Cream City Review , AGNI , Swivel , The Jabberwock Review , Monkeybicycle , Caketrain , Lilies and Cannonballs Review , FRiGG , SmokeLong Quarterly , and others

My Interests

I like to write, read, run, hike, walk my dog, swim, canoe, drink wine, cook, go to museums, listen to birds, and indentify animal tracks and scat.

CURRENT MOON moon phases

I am walking in a field, which was once the driveway of a house where I lived. Behind me are the fields which belong to the sheep farmer. That fence is where the coydogs would congregate at night and pace and howl and wait for an opportunity to take down a sheep.

I am in Bryce Canyon. We have just hit the bottom--not a difficult hike at all. The spot where the tree grows is called Wall Street.

I am swimming in the best of all lakes.

I'd like to meet:

Writers and readers and old friends.
