I'm Roelyke, 33 years old and I live in the north of The Netherlands, together with my husband and our cat Mankie, aka Da Main Mank. ********************************************** I work as a teacher of English at a secondary school in Franeker, and usually, that's a great job to have. Most difficult part of being a teacher is the end of the holidays ;D ********************************************* I've been into the music of Level 42 (you've probably figured THAT one out) since 1988, when I first saw them play live in Groningen, NL. Really, if you haven..t already seen them play live...next time around..GO!!! Right, that..s enough of me plugging L42 ;D. ********************************************* Ever since I was in my teens, I've had a fascination with all things England. It is my favourite country and I've spent many a happy times there. London, Isle of Wight, Newcastle, Brighton; what's not to love about it? Husband and I are going back there this summer, to see the start of (would you believe) the Tour de France -- and then visit friends, see some more of the country. Probably swiftly followed by a visit to the Spanish side of the family in Spain, who live quite close to Barcelona. OH THE HEAT!!!!!!! Oh well, as long as there's a pool/sea around, you won't hear me complaining =D. *********************************************
