Hi....this is Jackie! I'm 45 and live in Hornchurch with my long suffering husband of 22 years, Ken. I was born in Wembley, Middlesex, but as Ken already had a home in Essex when we got married, I then became an honorary Essex girl but unfortunately don't have the white stilettos to prove it!! (I am kind of blonde however...) I have been a teacher for 22 years, and I am the Headmistress of a school in Hornchurch. We teach children from 4 through to 16 so I certainly have my work cut out!Although my job obviously keeps me pretty busy, friends know I am the kind of girl who likes to have fun, and I am a great believer in striking a healthy life/work balance. I love live music of any kind, and have followed Level 42 over land and sea for 20 years. I never tire of seeing them play, and through Level 42 have made some very special friends over the years. I also really enjoy supporting local bands and spend many a weekend in dingy Essex pubs listening to some seriously talented musicians!
