natural highs:swimming laps,yoga/stretching/deep breathing/taking walks/kickin'the soccer ball/ping pong/dancing/praying,going to coffeeshops,FrenchPress makers,finding good deals on CDs/books/[email protected],constantly learning about different types of music and musicians,discovering new bands,going to concerts(big or small),dabbling on all instruments(i play by ear),mainly percussion,but no woodwinds yet?!..unless slide whistles & kazoos count,Organic food,eating right(cause'you are what you eat'right?),thrift stores,devotional readings,non-profit organizations,homeopathic remedies for good health,cooking Fish,gettin' some sun,enjoying great weather

If everything is taken one day at a time things will fall into place and eventually work out. Let things happen naturally. Keep doing the next right thing. Be honest with oneself and the One God up above. Experiences in life seem to give way to meaning, even it takes a lifetime to understand. Have faith that the right thing will happen(DP).
