Exotic, gifted and witty, Sara Eliot is a singer/songwriter from London. With Russian, Armenian and Spanish heritage, Sara draws inspiration from several musical genres. Her unique style - soulful vocals with a raspy edge, harmony and a touch of Jazz - ranges from Soul/Jazz to popular. Sara studied English/Related Arts, encompassing music, language, art and dance. After graduation, she moved to Hollywood. It was in Hollywood that Sara saw the stars, literally! By working as an assistant to Eric Roberts (brother to "Pretty Woman" Julia.)
A chance meeting with Jack Hammer led to an invitation to join him in Las Vegas as a backing singer. Sara has also lived in Paris, where she sang with a band and worked amidst the bohemia of the fashion and art world. Sara began songwriting by writing poetry. Having had a selection of poems published in various anthologies, she tells of her musical beginning: "One day, a melody came to me, so I recorded my first ever track and never looked back! I write when something provokes or inspires me. Usually it's about love, albeit being in or out of love! However, I've written songs about war and the sun too!" Sara aspires to reach out and touch people with her songs. She has worked with creative producers of different genres, such as Niraj Chag & T. Mark Hutin , which gives her music that extra dimension.
