About Me

A learned pianist, and self-taught guitarist and bassist, Mila started writing music soon after high school, and hasn't stopped since.She has played at a number of events and festivals, all over New Zealand and South Africa, and is recording her debut album for release in 2007/2008.As the organiser of Ilana Wetzler's 'Like Honey', Mila has successfully put on 4 shows in Auckland, 3 of which were sold out. Sounds Like: Once again - various people have some very different ideas of Mila's Sound.
Ideas have ranged from Sarah Mac, Jewel, The Sundays, Eva Cassidy... to the likes of Kay's choice and Alanis.
So it seems like little bit of everything although truly...and most importantly
Mila does and will always sound like Mila!
