About Me

I'm a singer songwriter based in Auckland and I'm working on my first album this year.I perform with a loop pedal and build up layers using my electric guitar and Grandad Keoghan's 100 year old violin. When I've layered up enough layers I like to drop in a bass line and feel the floor rumble.Last year I toured New Zealand and was especially impressed with New Plymouth.I was a jazz singer for a few years in Wellington and once sung in an Italian opera by Puccini. I had very little idea of what I was singing about, especially given the translation screens faced the audience and not the cast, but I do remember the ending wasn't so happy (I think).I do prefer happy endings. My songs are mostly about dancing, models, romance and awkward situations that usually turn out great for everyone awkwardly involved.
