BIOGRAPHY: I specialise in producing all styles of Rock, from Indie through Punk to Metal.
I usually work best alone (the band, pro tools HD and me) but i can work well within a team if the project requires it.
My producing approach depends on the band I'm working with. I am willing to make suggestions but I don't believe in TELLING bands what to do musically. I see my role as a facilitator, helping bands to perform at their best, ensuring the end result is a marketable product which presents the band and THEIR music in a good light, while remaining true enough to what they do in a live context. I'm told i have the patience of a saint.
I have a lot of experience recording choirs, brass bands, strings etc... so this aspect of a rock production is easily covered if necessary, I have all the gear i need for this.
