About Me

..This is the Official Alabama Renaissance Faire, a not-for-profit organization charged with educating through entertainment, the life and times of Medieval/Renaissance history. The Renaissance Faire is held the 4'th weekend in October in Florence, AL. It is a totally free event, with no admission being charged.
We were founded upon education, and as such we have numerous blogs above that can give you valuble info on Medieval/Renaissance history. Know that it doesn't come from us, but from Medieval/Renaissance scholars who get paid to study this. So, if you disagree with anything written, argue the P.H.D. :)

My Interests

Florence, AL. is the sister city to Florence, Italy. As such we stress our Italian heritage at our event each year.Curious how to find us? Look no further!
