iron maiden bass tech/ live keys

About Me

hello. i'm michael kenney. i've been part of iron maiden's infamous killer krew for most of the last 27 years. i'm generally known as steve harris' bass tech and the live keyboard player. in the studio i look after most things, but drums...general dogsbody...(at least i'm an officer!;-)
when i'm in LA, i can often be found playing guitar with happenin' harry & the haptones all-star band.
a lot of what i might write here can already be found at roadcrewlive/michael kenney
all comers are welcome here. send me a request, i'll add you. :-) (having said that, i have received some requests that i am just not interested in accepting. so there is some selection involved, but not much. and, please- i don't do satanic...)
see the blog 'ok...i did it...' above for the story on my two tunes that are up here. I'm playing (and singing) everything. (albeit, a long time ago...)
please note, in my influences list to the left, there is very little that one might consider metal these days; by current standards, i am not a 'metal-head'. if you have cookie monster vocals you are probably not going to be my favorite band. i like real singers. with soul.
AND PLEASE!!: MY COMMENTS PAGE IS NOT A BILLBOARD FOR YOUR ADVERTISING. IF YOU WANT TO PUSH YOUR STUFF, DO IT ON YOUR PAGE. thank you.
