I am very proud of who and where I come from, and have embraced the culture of the Appalachian mountains. My favorite way to pass the time is to to sit and play old time music on my clawhammer banjo while my daughters dance. The thought of someone 100 or 200 years ago playing the same tune that I'm playing today...there's somethign powerful about that to me. I can't picture myself living anywhere else in this universe.Here's wishing you more sunny days, starry nights, and all the old-time you can handle!
