About Me

I was raised in Clark County Kentucky and moved to Bath County in 2004, where I live with my family. I play guitar, mandolin, and fiddle with Kentucky Wild Horse, a Kentucky band that plays traditional Kentucky music including Old-Time, Bluegrass, Blues, and Swing. I also continue to play with the Rock band I co-founded in 1993, the Green Genes. My wife Carmen and I write songs, learn new music, and learn old music, and play together here on the farm.I have recently begun playing mandolin, fiddle, and vocals with Jeri Katherine Howell and Better Together. This is a very exciting project. I have included a song of Carmen's, "Don't Babe" Jeri Katherine performed with me on fiddle, Jeff Ellis guitar, and Daphne Fields bass and vocals on my featured playlist.
