Full band currently in rehearsal ready for imminent touring. The band are expanding to include 'the threadettes' on backing vocals, led by Cordelia "Givvi" Flynn. threads are:Elias Cameron, one of the UK's most talented vocalists, is a producer/arranger/vocal coach to many other artists as well as forging a songwriting partnership with Jay Clark. He's worked with producers Simon Efemy (Tool, Wildhearts, Paradise Lost) and Joe Gibb (Madonna, Leftfield, Janes Addiction). He is da maaan. Don't argue 'bout it.Jay, guitarist with threads, is also a DJ in the local rock scene, as well as killing time as a guitar teacher. The winner of a major songwriting competition in Q magazine in 2002, the song (Carousels & Roundabouts) led to the forming of threads with Elias. Has a legendary reputation for moodswings, and carries his half empty glass around with him in a guitar case. Creative, frustrated dead rock star.Dan Slade - Jamming in various bands on the local rock scene, including the acclaimed Dr. Nasty. Has done various stints as a session drummer, and also attended the World famous Drumtech studios in London.
Dan became the third thread to join the clan. A keen biker with more metal in his bones than Lemmy. Literally.Jakey B. - the newest, and youngest, gingerist country-boy lunatic to join the band, ladies and gentlemen, rock and roll has returned. A razor sharp guitarist from the Van Halen/Dimebag Darrell school of metal, and all round motormouth. Just don't mention Judas Priest...threads are currently looking for a new bassist to complete the line-up - ideally with own transport but not essential.
