My name is Mandi .Here are a few basic things about me.I am 31 years old living somewhere in California.I am getting ready to start school for veterinary assistant in late May.I'm really excited about this new chapter in my life that is unfolding.I love life and everything that it has to offer me.I enjoy the outdoors,movies,bbqs,and just doing whatever sounds fun.I'm loyal to friends and those who I hold close to my heart.I will stick with through thick and thin,because that's what true friends do! True friends are the ones who'll tell you the truth and call you on your bullshit.I'm a complete sucker for cats-especially the poor feral kitties who dont have a home.I used to feed these 2 momma cats,their babies,and their deadbeat husbands.I felt like a damn soup kitchen feeding those deadbeat felines.I have come to the conclusion that animals are smarter than 99% of the human population.Unlike humans animals dont choose to be willfully ignorant, because a animal doesn't have the brain capacity to be ignorant in the first place.That's basically why I'm choosing to pursue a career working with animalsI'm really down to earth and easy going person.I get along with just about anybody.!! I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around. I am a very loyal and down to earth friend.... But i have had my share of ups &downs just like anybody else.However,I've come to understand that some circumstances are beyond my control,but you can always make things easier on yourself by how YOU choose to react to the situation.Trust me,I know from experience and I still struggle with it.I cannot count the numbber of obnoxious douchebags who have sent me messages talking shit to a person they've never met!Some people can make it really difficult at times.Especially, when you have done everything in your power to avoid conflict.Some people just have a really nasty chip on their shoulder and feel that it's okay to use other people as their emotional punching bag.I try not to hold grudges because nothing positive is ever accomplished by holding onto the past.I've learned that is easier to forgive and move on with my life.However,forgiving doesnt automatically mean letting that person back into your life to cause drama all over again.It simply means To forgive someone means to not seek revenge on the one who has hurt you. It means letting go of the anger we harbor inside us and allowing God to deal with him or her as he, in his perfect wisdom, sees fit.It doesn't mean excusing a wrong or denying that it ever happened. It means we don't allow ourselves to be consumed with anger towards the one who has done something to us. Instead of cursing him, we pray for that person.
