Could we turn that up a bit..?

About Me

You can’t beat songs, but they can hit you. Among all the others, we’re here to write songs that stick in your head. As simple as that. For five years, Baum was in a band which recorded three CD’s and achieved several international awards - e.g.: London Music Week/UK "Best European Breakthrough Artist", Frankfurt Musikmesse/Germany "Europe’s Hottest Newcomer", Malboro New Talents/Switzerland "Best Swiss Rock/Pop Band", EuroPopDays/Germany "Best European Unsigned Band". Nevertheless, he left the band and started to find his own sound as a singer/songwriter, which doesn’t make it easier, but much better.
The last two years have been pretty great: apart from touring Germany, Switzerland, and Austria with Van Morrison, The John Butler Trio, and Teitur, which enabled Baum to introduce his songs to an audience of over 80’000 people, he’s now working on his debut album with Chris Heule (B.B. King, Macy Gray, Incognito) on Hammond, Fender Rhodes, Moog, and Mellotron, and Orlando Ribar (Paul Camilleri, Larry Burton) on drums. So, Baum now is a band, and there’s more to come.
Oh, and just in case you’d like to hear more songs, check this:
