About Me

Album «Inner Exile» out now!*

«(...) «Lee Everton manages to let playful and detailed songwriting appear humble, plain and like jingled effortlessly off the cuff. (...) Lee Everton's music comes from the heart and goes to the heart. His «Slingstyle Music» refines even cheerless days with a bittersweet taste and leaves me with a gentle smile. You can't be thankful enough for this.»
«(...) The young Swiss singer has created an impressive and emotional debut album and has found his own style far from any clichés and trends. It's about meaning, about emotion and melody. Slingstyle Music indeed! Everton leads through «Inner Exile» realistically, thoughtfully and charismatically. (...) Have fun with this masterpiece!»Reggae Nation Germany
«The 15 dreamy songs of the Swiss singer with a touch of reggae are a serious competition for Jack Johnson.».
Playboy Germany
«Envoûtant et déconcertant.» Rap Mag, France
E.L., Rolling Stone Italy

What is «Slingstyle»?

Most of the songs on my new album are based on a rhythm that I developped myself and (at least to my knowledge) hasn't been used before like this. I had spent years playing around with different music...
