Introducing ANGHA Pronounced Anger,a six piece collective from London made up of three rappers, two producers and a singer. Angha has been in the making for over three years and began as the brainchild of the producers (Popps and D-Dash) who wanted to make good music for people to dance to. After working with Alliance Records, they joined forces with two rappers (DVD and GPz) who happened to be friends with the same interests and goals as themselves. Adding a singer (Sian) to this collective was a no brainer, which brought a soulful feel to their edgy hip-hop sound. Shortly after this, Angha was made whole with the addition of their final member (Playboi). This was the beginning of a two year journey of vigorous studio work to home their talents and sound. Angha not only see themselves as UK hip-hop, but universal hip-hop with an Angha twist, combining diverse track production of the highest quality, mixed with lyrics and delivery like no other. Its now 2007 and a decision has been made that Angha is now ready to be unleashed on the capital, the country, and the world.Get ready for the ride.
